A family-run studio in a renovated schoolhouse, built for artists to focus, experiment, and share.
The building
L.a. Studio lives in a historic school building in Patton. Studios have 12-foot ceilings and 7-foot windows full of daylight. Furnished apartments for residents are upstairs, and the basement holds a gym and laundry.

Patton
An old clayworks, timbering, and coal town in the Appalachian Mountains, surrounded by hiking and biking trails. Restaurants, bars, and groceries are all within walking distance, and Prince Gallitzin State Park and Glendale Lake are about a 10-minute drive. Summers are warm with cool nights, and winters are cold and snowy.
